The Buddha Said ...

The core anxiety of human existence is the fear of losing control, health, wealth, loved ones, or identity itself.

The Buddha taught that everything in life, including emotions, circumstances, and threats, is temporary. When we fight, change or cling to stability, we suffer. Recognizing that things pass helps loosen fear's grip.

Metta (loving-kindness) as an antidote to fear. Where fear contracts and isolates the mind, loving-kindness dissolves separation and restores connection.

With Metta,
