Bo had not turned up for his meals for four consecutive days and the nuns began to worry. They searched for him in the temple premises and nearby lanes but he was no where to be found.
Bo had always been rather timid and hardly spoke to us. He fought shy of the temple devotees who wanted to make friends with him and would quickly disappear after he had eaten. I could not help the nuns as I had no clue what could have happened to him. I asked Lao-Tzu whether he had spotted Bo anywhere in the garden but he too had not seen him.
Maybe Bo has found a new home. Or maybe he has been picked up by the RSPCA. Whatever it is, I would like to think that God has taken care of him in the best way He thinks fit.
