Moody Ning

I noticed that Ning had been looking rather downcast lately. He came late for meals and disappeared immediately after he had eaten. One day I decided to ask him what was troubling him.

“Oh, nothing really,” was his reply. He didn’t sound very convincing, so I persisted.

“Sure? If there’s something troubling you, perhaps I can help out.”

“I’m alright, just moody,” he growled.

In the cat world, when a cat says he’s moody, it can mean only two things. If female, she has reached menopause; if male he’s feeling his age.

I decided to leave Ning alone. He would come out of it soon, like most of us do.
